My order was incorrect. I ordered the sashimi combo but was given the spicy combo. :(

Usually a solid choice. This rating is for tonight's order specifically.

Tonight was a disappointment.
-Soup spilled in bag during delivery.
-Edamame was overcooked
-Tofu teriyaki was just salty. Could barely taste the sauce, just saltiness.

You have my order pending for 15mins so I call the store. You tell me you didn't get an order so to reorder it online l. So I do and I even get an email receipt. 45 mins later I call you and you say you didn't get my order. Oh wait no you decided you got it but cancelled it because I called and said I wanted to cancel it. Really?? You make good food but doesn't really matter when you either don't deliver or send me the wrong order. Ordered from you probably 10 times and 3 or 4 times out of that you didn't deliver it or sent wrong food.
